Yes! So stoked to be going on my first trip of 2017!
I want to do something new with this trip. I’ve vlogged before in Budapest, and it was a lot of fun – but I knew I could of done it better. It was my first time so I had the usual nerves of embarrassing myself in public. So I was a little reserved for Budapest, but not for Copenhagen. For this trip I’m going all out. So much so that I’ve decided I’m going to make it even harder on myself by deciding to daily vlog the whole trip, getting each video filmed, edited and posted the next day. It’s going to be a pretty tough gig, but I’m excited to give it a go!
I’m going to start vlogging tomorrow, Wednesday, the day before I fly. I’m going to update this post each day with my vlogs as I go. So you can either watch them on YouTube at my channel Matt’s Travel Blog or you can watch them on here. Right, let’s see how this turns out!
WEDNESDAY: PREPPING FOR COPENHAGEN | VLOG 5
THURSDAY: ARRIVING IN COPENHAGEN | VLOG 6
FRIDAY: EXPLORING NYHAVN | VLOG 7
SATURDAY: DRONING A FROZEN LAKE | VLOG 8
SUNDAY: DRONING COPENHAGEN! | VLOG 9
MONDAY: TIME TO LEAVE COPENHAGEN ? | VLOG 10
There we have it, the Copenhagen vlogs are over! I hope you enjoyed watching them, the trip was amazing, but I’m sure you got that from the films. Vlogging is tough, making each day exciting and making sure that each day has a story to it was a challenge – but hands down the most fun I’ve had making a film series.
If you want to know what vlogging gear I used you can check out my Sony Vlog Gear on Kit.com, I’ll also be writing a Vlogging Tips blog post soon! From now on I’m going to vlog each trip, I think it’s the best way to convey what travelling is really like and the feel of places because its not glamorised, and I like that. My next trip is Dubai so expect vlogs, blog posts and some other exciting things I’m currently planning. Trip 1 of 2017 complete, many more to come!
